I ordered on your online app in order to avoid the line when I arrived, I was informed I would have to wait while my order was made. Yes the food was hot and fresh but the whole purpose of using the app was to avoid the line. I was promised a 1:40 pm pick up time 3 minutes from the time I paid for the order. When I called at 1:40pm I was informed by Destiny that they were slammed and wouldn’t have my order ready until I arrived. If the pickup time can’t be delivered make the pickup time later. This is the second time Arby’s in Bellevue ohio has disappointed me. I like your food but unless I have unlimited wait time I will have to go down the street to BK or Wendy’s.

Arby’s is just simply the best, especially this one here in Bellevue. Not one thing was missing from our order, seating was perhaps the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a restaurant, and the staff, both times, were absolutely amazing!
