A OK place to get some food, but not the best. I ordered tacos. Don’t order that if your going here. Order some actual combo food plates.

Large menu. I had the beef chimichanga, and a shrimp cocktail. The chips were warm from the oven. Overall good place, with a fun Mexican atmosphere. Beer was cold and $3 as well.

Was visiting out of town, I left very disappointed waited 40 min for my order asked if it was ready. my order wasn’t even started. I asked why? their response was that the cooks prefer to work on stuff that are easier for them to make. There was no solution offered we left very upset.

I ordered some Manoe though with pigs feet and it was delicious! I can’t see it it was the best I’ve had in the valley but it does do the job when you’re craving it on a Thursday morning.

We used to eat here all the time. A little over a year ago, we ate at La Cocina and it wasn’t as good…so we didn’t come back. Tonight, we decided to give it another try. My food was basically flavorless. I had a carne asada chimi. The meat had NO flavor, and the fried tortilla was so greasy that I could hardly eat it. We used to come all the time for the carnitas, but because it wasn’t great last time I tried something else and it ended up being worse. We used to LOVE this place. I wouldn’t mind the price increase if the food was still as delicious as it used to be. There’s no flavor. Salt is not flavor. It’s a flavor enhancer. Service was not so good either. What happened!?!?

1st time here. Apparently they were understaffed so we had to order from the counter every time we wanted anything. Food was good tho, nice decor.

First of all it took them a long time to bring carne asada fries that my lady friend and I d were going to share. And something in it was rotten to the point I threw up in the bathroom. And when we were about to leave one of the male employees was looking squinting his eyes in a mad angry fashion which upset my lady friend so much we just left with out saying a word. Do to his glare it was getting frustrating if I we engaged in telling them about there poor service that guy might try to pick a fight and I wouldn’t want to do that not because I was afraid but because it is not right we’re adults but that’s one that be deserving a whipping. Anyways I will not be going to eat there again.

I had the chilequiles Verde, very tasty. Had a bite of the carne asada from my Dad’s tacos, also tasty. Nice, friendly staff. Very clean and well kept inside and out.
