I LOVE making this Dunkin a part of my commute each week! The workers are always moving so fast, and the best part is that they’re always smiling, no matter how many people are in their dining room! Cassie is always super helpful when I pick out my donuts. Alexis, the GM, loves her job, you can tell! My son also loves the ice cream from the Baskin right there too! Will continue coming here every morning!

Clean and friendly. But at 1:32 pm there was no fresh coffee available. They made a fresh brew for me and I was grateful. I have a strong suspicion my donuts were more than a couple hours old. Overall it was still not a bad experience.

This place is absolutely one of my favorites to visit everything about them is great i live how I can order ahead and they know me as soon as I walk in the door. Even sometimes when it do not order ahead most of the know who I am so when they see me pull up the already start my order. Most of the people I encounter her are great. I go in to the buttermilk location at least 3 times a week, if not more and I always order the same thing. I get a medium sweet tea and a large cup of ice along with a donut or sandwich just depends how much of a rush I’m in. I have had a small issue EVERY time I’ve gone in and today was the day I decided to write a review. I am in my 30s and have never tasted coffee and today was the day that changed. They gave me an iced coffee and my sandwich was with very limpy bacon. Sadly I won’t be back. Check all your items before you leave this location.

Ever since the new owners took over this place has become worse than I had ever thought possible. Not one single order, drinks, food, or anything has ever been made correctly since the new management took over. The fact they can’t tell the difference between coffee and tea has me dumbfounded, but hey, you can’t fix stupid. It might have been a 2 star review had the manager/owner took responsibility but instead you are met with unpleasant rude service after they mess things up. Please please please do not visit this location. They give dunkin a bad name and need to close down asap.

A year ago this review would have been 5 stars, but I have been vastly disappointed with the new ownership/staff. My family comes for donuts every weekend and almost every time over the last couple months they have been out of the donuts we have wanted. Probably time to go to a different location.

Location has gone over the cliff since the Indian owners sold it. It used to be ram great. Orders were always ready. Now service is slow. They forget about mobile orders, items are always out of stock. Stay away from this location. Go to another Dunkin
