Visited 10 June 2019. Lovely food here – I had the pho tai nam and it’s pretty amazing. The broth is on point – flavoursome, good colour, and clean. They were very generous with the meat portions and at $12 for a large is great value. Also had the spring rolls (which are actually what I would call summer rolls) and they were delicious and, again, a good portion for the price of $8. My boyfriend had the Vietnamese salad with calamari and he kept finding more and more calamari as he worked through it!

Curry Chicken Soup is so delicious. I recommend this and their iced coffees. If you’re looking for good food downtown and don’t want to be around the crowd this is the place to go. Also the staff is really nice.

Absolutely delicious menu in the heart of old town Napa, the Bui Bistro by Chef Pho(Fu). It’s a must. The French influence is easily revealed with presentation and mild spice, Asian tasty plates. It was my guest’s birthday event and when requested, Chef Pho’s dessert was tiramisu artistically bathed in cocoa and a design of syrup swirls. Rich and lovely, perfect surprise! The location is very good: first block over the bridge on Pearl off Soscol. Thursdays and Sundays, Waiter Benjamin makes effective the tranquil ambience with true consistent attention. Enjoyable international decor. Tres bon Chef Pho, yours is a perfect eatery in historical Napa! Thank you.

I stuffed myself because the food was SO GOOD! Service was kind, fast, and helpful on modifying order …. I wanted extra broth and they hooked it up. Delicious! Just as good as the pho and Bahn mis we ate in Vietnam at the start of 2020. Eric was a great server!

This is why Google needs half stars…I would give it a 3.5. The food was pretty good, had beef and chicken pho and bbq pork bowl, it was all tasty. It took almost 50mins to get it however. The server was just a little apathetic for our taste. Could have been 4 stars if the service was a little more energetic and the wait wasn’t so long.
