I am very upset I order from here all the time I have never had to complain but tonight i open the box the pizza is crushed and sauce everywhere the order came tonight and to top if off the drive was very RUDE to my 14 year old son and I damn sure did tip her off my card when I paid for tge order so yes I was even more passed off.

The new ordering system is absolutely horrible! We jumped through multiple hoops just to find out that they don’t offer the New Yorker straight from the the flier we received a few days before. We ordered 2 larger pizzas for $38 and, as usual, they were bland and under cooked. I just need a partner to bring in a Marco’s to sink this ship! Straighten up ownership, this establishment is vulnerable!

Never had an issue with this place, me and my fiancé always order from here, we didn’t feel like cooking with it being so late, so I called at 9:57 on a Sunday, guy with a accent answered the phone and started asking for my address and what we wanted, so I start to tell him what we wanted, stopped me mid sentence to tell me he can’t take my order now cuz it’s 10pm and they are closed, I didnt think much of it and thought he was messing around so I continued with my order until he said it again, you would think with me calling before 10 they would go ahead and take my order, not sure if we will be ordering from here again.

My Pizza and melts was delivered cold and dried out. It took them one hour and twenty minutes to get it to me. When I called them. They would not answer the phone. When they finally did. I got the worst manager. Cherryville Pizza hut must be desperate for help

I will never eat at this place again! I thought it was just a bad night for their oven no no no not when it happens the last two times I come my pizza was drenched in grease. The bottom was so soggy and it was so disgusting. Oh, and then my visit prior to those two I use my reward points to get a chicken wings and guess who’s rewards got gone but no chicken wings. I use to like getting food from this location. They have really fell off, so no thanks I will not be returning.

I ordered 1 pizza that came out to 24$ on December 1st 2022. I have delivery and my driver was mallory. She did not give me a receipt and i gave her a tip of 2$. She decided to take it upon herself to write in 7$ on the tip line which brought my new total to 31$. This is absolutely insane to have someone working for this company and stealing. If shes doing it to me shes doing it to others. I am a single mom and do not deserve to have my money stolen along with having to go through the inconvenience of getting it back, terrible experience and i will not be returning along with spreading the word of this establishment.
