God awful service late at night, on top of inaccurate business hours posted. They are closed at 11pm and will completely ignore anyone who arrives after 11pm. Taco bell is always out of stock what a disaster.

Customer service was awesome! They were polite and curious. I love their chicken the best. Update today i went there and bought mostly tacos. They were gross! The taco shells tasted like chemicals, so i ended up scraping it the ingredients and reading it liked a salad without the taco shell. Burritos were hard and dry. They Mac and cheese was good but over priced. Customer service wasn’t so good i ordered 4 large Mac and cheese and they argued with and said i told them small. So i ended up ordering more because their small isn’t enough for the kids they aren’t taco fans especially from KFC/ taco bell. They only had 6 chicken wings left.

Location of Federal Rd one of the employees is ALWAYS rude wrong & disrespectful. Older woman maybe in her late 40s or early 50s black/Hispanic with a very nasty attitude. She lies about preparing fresh hot food and always have me pull to the front to wait on my.order which is always an issue being served warmed up food or isn’t fresh as ordered. She will argue go back and forth playing games til you have to use profanity with her. I’m so sick of her nastiness & also serving off temperature food. She won’t eat it but expect a paying customer to eat cold or old food. She has no more chances with me I’m reporting her and the location to the health department. My last order made me sick and one of our orders couldn’t be eaten completely because of hair In the food.

Food was good the customer service was terrible. It was hard for them to hear from the mic. My order was incorrect. The drink was wrong, then forgot to give me an item. Went inside the store they took there time helping me 10-15min after my complaint. I would never go back to that location.

I waited in line for about 15 minutes as they seemed to be short staffed. They worked the drive thru more than the inside. Poor service, and employees walking around in the back, but won’t come up front to help. Won’t be coming back here again.
