Placed one online order and was charged for 2. Called and they kept giving me the run around for 2 hours and giving me my my money back. When I called the 3rd time they started being sparky and kept hanging up on me. When asked for there name or employee number to report them for being unprofessional they kept saying they will not and kept hanging up on me. After the 5th call a so called shift leader started being sparky with me and refused to give me his name and hung up on me also. All I wanted was a little professionalism and my issue to be handled. Will never eat here again and now will have to dispute this with my bank and waste my time because their employees want to act childish.

We were the first customers of the day and it was clear that the closing duties had not been completed nor had the morning employees done a quick run through to tidy up. Tables were dirty, floors had not been swept or mopped, bathrooms had trash and paper towels on the floor and the sinks were dirty. The men’s toilet had to be wiped down before use. The food was fresh but it makes me wonder what’s the condition of the kitchen if the rest is that dirty. I’ve worked in food service plenty of years to understand it may look rough before closing, but it unacceptable upon opening.

Ordered a 20 wing Boneless Meal Deal and added 5. I got home and they did not include the additional 5. The chicken wasn’t bad but the blue cheese was literal water with chunks at the bottom and we ended up having to feed my son something else since his food was forgotten. Guess I just donated the money for that order since i called up there and the girl put me on an indefinite hold while I heard her take order after order in store. After 15 minutes of holding, i hung up and tried to call back. The line was busy from that point. Absolute garbage and the two children running the place are obviously not capable of counting or putting orders together. The owner of this location should be ashamed. It is only a matter of time before this place goes under. There are too many other chicken options in Owasso for this place to survive in this condition.

I’ve ordered fro here now twice within a 2 weeks spand. I’ve always ordered the lemon pepper chicken and I couldn’t wait to order from the Owasso store, when I got home they gave me boneless instead of bone in wings, hey no big deal I tried them but the seasoning was so overwhelming I couldn’t even finish the wings. They even put a huge amount of Parmesan cheese that last time I remembered wasn’t a part of that but I guess the good stuff only came from the OKC stores maybe it’s a Tulsa thing. Just tonite o specifically ordered naked bone in wings with sauce and seasoning on the side, well I put just a tad of the seasoning in their that just smelled of salt and lemons and the of course the sauce. This was horrible I should have just left them naked and dipped in ranch, they are putting so much salt and possibly garlic on top but the salt is killing any taste besides lemon. I’m done with this place guess it’s back to BWA
