This place is quite busy and there can definitely be a wait, but our party of 5 was able to get a table almost instantly despite being nearly packed. The waiters are very friendly and accommodating; the service overall was excellent. The ramen was pretty good, though I wish the noodles were a little thicker. The curry fries and char-su pork buns were also delicious!

Whenever you enter umachi ramen it’s always clean and you’re typically greeted and sat down fairly quickly. They play music in the background which is always nice. I typically get Shoyu ramen and get it a bit spicy. Always good to eat on a cold day.

Misleading food menu we ordered pork ramen and they served us shrimp ramen instead, we tried asking them to replace all that shrimp ramen they served us because I have allergy with shrimps but they only replaced 1 order and the other order we have to pay extra or pay again to replace the shrimp ramen we did not order. The waitress or owner argued that it was not their fault she said that Umaichi pork ramen has no pork meat in it and she said the one that has pork is the pork ramen and all the costumers that often comes in there knows their menu. I said “what about for new customers? We didn’t know that” …and I was just scratching my head walking away from her. Their customer service is horrible they will make you feel bad and embarrassed you in front of all other costumers not recommended to anyone.

We used to come here all the time. Lately we have noticed the food quality is not the same at all. We thought maybe it was a one off a few weeks ago because it’s always been so good but today was the same as the last…not the same at all. Not sure what happen but it seems like a completely different restaurant now. It’s very disappointing

Casual ambience with lots of interesting and delicious options here. For appetizers, we had the Rice Cracker tofu bun and Spicy Tuna Nachos Muchos. For entree, the Curry Katsu rice bowl and Umaichi Pork tonkotsu Ramen. Cinnamon Honey toast for dessert which was huge – the matcha ice cream tastes so good if not the best matcha ice cream. The Ramen is one of the best in town (almost done when photo was taken)! The curry did not disappoint ( no photo, devoured in a flash). Service is friendly and warm contributing to an overall satisfying experience.

First time trying authentic Ramen after receiving a friend referral to try Umaichi. Service was prompt and staff were friendly. The Shoyu Ramen was very tasty – especially the broth! I will definitely be revisiting to try other menu items.

Got the sukiyaki bibimbap and the rice cracker avocado buns, both were super tasty! I got my food to go, the food was hot and fresh, and travelled well. The woman that helped was very kind as well. Definitely going back soon!

Service here was amazing! The teppenyaki I ordered was cooked really well, but lacked a little flavor, but paired with the rice and salad, it isn’t too bad. However i wish the salad was served before the rice and pork teppenyaki. Overall it was a pleasant experience with a really nice dark environment!
