Decent CA chain burgers. So so fries. Love the employees in their paper hats like 1950s MacDonald era look. Recommended burger for that drive thru dinner.

Arrived at noon on a Monday.a small line but the had an outside ordertaker. After that it was rolling along good. Great burgers and other options. Must know the secret menu items. 3×3 is fantastic. With animal style on fries.

As a first time customer, this place was fantastic. The food prices were cheap compared to other chains and the food tasted great. The portions were pretty big too, especially the fries. They were a little over $2 and there was enough for the whole family.

This location was efficiently run. It was busy but the service was fast and friendly.

Great food & plenty of parking to dine-in. The wait inside or outside appears dreadful to the passerby. Get in line & you will notice it is faster than anticipated.

They are always very crowded. Even at this location. They never disappoint me with swrvice, quality of meat and bunds.

I’ve been out of the country and hadn’t been to In and Out Burgers for 25 years. The decor is the same, the uniforms are the same, the friendly and helpful staff is the same; and, the menu is the same. The only difference is the prices, but that’s necessary. By today’s standards, the prices are reasonable. Enjoyed my time there. A good place to talk and spend time together.

Good was good as usual. But usually good customer service lacked on this visit. I asked a girl who was cleaning tables to get a spot she missed on the table (there was dime sized piece of lettuce clinging to the side edge of the table) and the face she made was as if I had rudely interrupted her schedule.

On this day 6/27 my granddaughter and I stopped in for a late lunch. Menu is simple so lends itself to quick service. The young man taking our order was friendly and quick to smile. As for the food itself…the burgers are on the bland side, but no worse than any other fast food place. However, the fries…way too dry.

As an East-Coaster visiting California, I knew I had to try the legendary In-N-Out Burger at least once. The double double burger was very delicious, good rich flavor. The fries, unfortunately, were bland and a bit chewy. McDonald’s has better fries. Disappointing. The strawberry shake was okay, but not the greatest shake I’ve ever had. Overall, it’s a step above your typical Wendy’s or Burger King, but IMO, it’s not quite up to par with similar chains on the east coast like Five Guys or Shake Shack.
