My wife and I had a bad experience with our server. Our table was dirty when we arrived and we had to wait a while for it to be cleaned. The server had one speed, slow… She took a long time to take our order, I asked for a crispy waffle but didn’t get one. When the food arrived, she still hadn’t brought us any silverware and by the time she got around to it our food was cold. She never checked on us and never refilled our drinks. When we got the bill she had charged us for individual items that ended up costing us more than the specials we ordered. We were unhappy! We started going to this place shortly after it opened. It was very good when we first started going there. Since then, the food and service has declined. Really sad. We were hoping to make this place a regular stop for us.

This Waffle House is new so I’m just gonna give them the benefit of the doubt that they are still trying to find the sweet spot with staffing OR they don’t have enough staff. But we went to dinner and it’s Wednesday night. The whole place was busy and there were 2 employees. That should have been the indication that it wasn’t going to be great. Also we obviously aren’t expecting fancy or anything close. BUT we got our drinks half way through our meals because they were initially wrong. Our waffles were crunchy, and it wasn’t just the outside. Now the plus, it’s new so nothing feels like cook too grease yet.

This location featured quite possibly the worst server I’ve ever experienced at a WH location. She watched us walk in an sit down at the end of the bar (which was dirty). We were ignored for about 5 minutes until a shift leader)supervisor got the server’s attention.

I took my three young children after an appointment and I have to admit I was fussy considering my kids were hyper. My server Lynda was still nice, smiling, overall outstanding ! She helped settle down my 6 year old in the sweetest way, kept our refills up, kept our table clean, provided to gos and gave my boys waffle house hats! I have to admit I wasn’t expecting our day to 360° the way it did after dining in here, but between the conversation and positive perspective I got there was no other choice but to be grateful of the little things especially my hyper boys! From one mamma to another, Lynda knows it takes a village!

We went last night for my niece’s birthday, and there were 9 of us total with 2 tables . Our waiter Billy was excellent and on top of things, with refills etc etc. Sweet tea was just perfect, and the food was cooked perfectly as well. Overall great experience

I am 5 mins away from this location , gave it a chance during a weekday!! 4ish, walked in Rose the server ( mustache ) . Had the nerve to ask me if I can give her 3 mins for a smoke break , no one was there? . Then are hash browns burnt , she seemed very lazy and her sidekick , awful service , I highly recommend Waffle House on Rutherford!! Will not be back . Yuck

It was a great experience overall. In and Out fairly quick, clean new restaurant. Food came out real fast and it was delicious. Will be coming back in the near future. Parking lot had a lot of space Pick-up Truck friendly.

Has been open a few months. Greeted when entering, service was good and food was hot and fresh. Can get crowded at times with ample parking at location. Have visited several times and consistently good experience would recommend
