Our server Diane and the other workers were attentive and kind to the customers. Diane even talked to a child in another booth to explain something on the menu and let the child know he could order as he wanted, that he didn’t have to do it exactly as pictured/stated on the menu.

So i live out of state and when I visit home I always come to this Waffle House and I’ve never had a problem until today… I wasn’t disrespectful I was only trying to place my order .. but because the man on the grill this morning didn’t fill like making it he said no and went on a whole rant. My advice to him if you don’t like customer service then find another job .. I just drove 13 hours fixing my mouth up for a sandwich that I can’t get where I live because there isn’t a Waffle House only to be turned away because he didn’t feel like making it!

The food was good but my server wasn’t all that. I do take into account that they were busy. But he didn’t listen about my eggs … Which is usually my complaint. Fortunately the cooks did listen well when I personally asked for my eggs over lite.

I went in, sat down & waited. It was not busy. So I waited. Finally after almost 20 min. I got up to leave & the waitress stated “I’m sorry, I didnt see you there”. I sat back down & she asked for my order. I told her & as I finished a second waitress came on duty. The first never wrote down my order. She verbally told the second one. The second one came over & repeated the order, of course leaving out part which I corrected. My food arrived. The waitress asked if I needed any more coffee. I said “no thank you”. She & the first waitress sat down & started looking at their phones. (See picture) I have NEVER been in a restaurant where the waitresses sit down especially when there is water on the floor, sticky syrup on tables & other things that they can clean, put up or straighten. Also both waitresses had sour dispositions, you could tell that neither one wanted to be there. As far as the food. The waffle was ok, just like a waffle but the bacon was delicious and cooked just right.
