Whoever made the Crunchwrap here needs a raise. It was first time having it and I was like wow. I now know how great it was now because I had a Crunchwrap at the one on 3rd street and it was not good at all. Completely honest it was terrible.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but it seems like LEE’S SUMMIT fast food joints are turning into 0 star eateries… I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. But when you pay more because of where you live, then give me food that’s worth more! Never again… just look what I got! Yuck to the 10th degree.

Ran out lettuce. Not professional in communicating this unfortunately. Still wanted to place and order without the lettuce if they were able to take off small percentage due to paying for an order with less food than advertised, but they were not able to honor this request. Running out of ingredients happens often in fast food as your day to day traffic, promotions can change, but the communication and tone of voice was extremely poor

Not sure what is going on, but this is the second time in a month they have not opened on time. Their hours say they open at 8, both on google and on the window of the store. First time they finally opened at 815. But today I was there at 905 and waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes, calling the store twice with no answer, before finally giving up. Had to go way out of the way to go to another location. This is getting ridiculous. Extremely annoying. They need to update their hours or something if they aren’t going to open at 8.

So a taco here is mostly lettuce? They said they were out of lettuce so this is what a Doritos taco looks like. Barely any meat or cheese, and waited a long time for this??!!! I will never go to another taco bell again, could have spent the same amount of money at an authentic restaurant with same wait but better food and real service.
