Lucky for you, I didn’t get a “how did we do” survey. I use to love Pizza Hut .. but rude employees and quality of food is a reason I may not return. The contain of wings had a big hole in the bottom – by the time I got home, the sauce was all over the pizza box, none left in the container – could not have missed the sauce on the pizza box – person handing my items to me quickly left the area — and there was also hair and not just one but two hairs in my pizza wings – worst experience ever.

By far, the worst pizza we have EVER had. The size is simply due to a longer stretch. It is cracker thin. Double Pepperoni DOES NOT mean twice as much.

Good and fast service. Love the seasonal specials. Recently tried the popper pizza and the breaded chicken wings. Both were amazing. The wings with the ranch was an amazing combo. The pizza is cheesy and the crust was really good

Maybe a year to a year and a half ago they must have hired someone new or something, because I’ve never encountered a Pizza Hut that doesn’t know how to make a pizza (Pizza Hut’s my go-to when I’m traveling and looking for a quick bite, so I’ve eaten at probably two dozen of them over the years. Never had an experience like this before). Or maybe they decided to start cooking the pizzas at higher temperature for a shorter time to save time or something. No clue what it is, but a couple of pizzas in a row were suddenly noticeably undercooked, to the point where even the cheese around the outer edges was completely unsolid, and I could put my finger straight through it as if it were butter. Then when I requested it to be cooked slightly more they burned it to a crisp.

I frequent here once a week and it’s al because they have the BEST pizza around!! I order through the app and my pizza is ALWAYS done on time and sizzling hot how I love it with the perfect amount of toppings!! There’s nothing better than a perfect slice and trust it ain’t so easy to find around this town, so once you find the perfect spot you hold on to it!!

We live about 20 miles away from this Pizza Hut, ours closed a few years ago. We’ve seen the commercials for the Big New Yorker, we were in Rochester near a Pizza Hut so we picked one up to try. The staff was great, they were pleasant and professional. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. An overall great experience.

First off the commercial says $13.99 for the New Yorker and it’s not honored in this state and it’s $17.99 that’s false advertisement! Second I order 2 pizzas get home and not edible at all. I call and speak to Mike the manager and he was very rude and said no one likes these pizza anyways, he said I can give you a credit or make you 2 new pizzas. I said I’d like it to be refunded and he hung up on me. This man is very unprofessional and rude and he should be fired as well. I’ve owned many different restaurants and I would never tolerate his actions and furthermore, the customer is always right regardless! The sad part is that this man can leave this restaurant and he makes the owner look bad! I will never ever deal with this place ever again as long as this man is manager!
