This right here is ridiculous!!! I came to pick up an order for a customer for UBEREATS & I think it’s unfair that I have to wait 20-30 minutes to pick up an order . They really should allow anyone that’s delivering with DOORDASH & UBEREATS to be allowed in the lobby to pick up they order . This is really bad for business. I would not recommend anyone ordering from this location if they doing delivery cause this is so stupid !!! Even managment seen me at the window with my UBER PICKUP & still denied to assist me . Just terrible.

April 10, 2023. 9:50pm. There are 4 cars in the drive thru line ahead of me. It takes them literally 30 min to take their orders so that I can even get up to the window. I then wait at the window for 10 minutes for anyone to speak just for them to say hold on. Then they come back in another 10 minutes and say verbatim “give me 10 minutes, I’m in the middle of a shift change” after those 10 minutes I was not greeted and left. That night manager should be fired. Terrible customer service. Stop going to this dumpsterfire. Been terrible for literally 5 years with the same problems.

It never seems to amaze on how this location can consistently deliver bad customer service on a daily basis. The whole time not knowing that I’m a big deal on Google with food reviews. Matter of fact I’m in the top 10% in the US in Google and over 23 million people last year viewed my reviews. They have the worst attitudes here and the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Just rude, nasty, unpleasant and the list goes on. The owners really to evaluate the employees here starting for the managers and down. Although I don’t expect anything to happen to correct the situation due all the bad reviews I’ve read for this location going back years now. If anyone does read this from this location please address the issues. At the end of the day who wants rude service and cold food and drinks with no carbonation? All of your employees should be very aware of who they might interact with and the power that person may have.
