The management changed and the sign asked for new reviews….only 17 have written as of today and the ave is 3.3…not a strong start and I think I see why. The food (pizza and french fries) is actually pretty good and worth the price. It compliments the beer garden atmosphere of the area. However, the service is lacking. The staff is very young and seemingly lacking an understanding of service. I was supposed to be called when my food was ready but that never came. When I went to check, they seemed to have the orders confused. And then I saw 6 of the workers laughing in the kitchen because they dropped another customer’s pizza on the floor. I didn’t see an inkling of responsibility, accountability, or commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend more training for your crew and adult their to manage.

My pizza was burnt, my friends pizza was burnt but I didn’t think to review this place until my girlfriend started having a 12 hour exorcism from the food poisoning she got from the bratwurst here. I think it’s probably wise to hire an adult to help the children who work here stick to a standard. We’ll certainly be back for Enegren but I can’t say the same for this place. We’ll eat beforehand.

I frequent enegren quite a bit. The alley is such a fun, cool, family friendly place. However, if you come here, save yourself the gamble and bring your own food and/or eat BEFORE you come enjoy the beer and ambience.

Don’t sleep on this. Terrific fries, great burger, very good service. I’ll definitely be back to try the sausages and wood fired pizzas.

The young lady taking the order was nice. The pizza that I got was quite good. Both these are enough to get it 4 stars.

Avoid. Complained of cold stale fries costing $6. New ones delivered in 2 minutes which means they refried them to warm them up. Too hard for kids to eat. Ally allows you to bring in your own food. Only reason they remain in business is because of Enegren’s business.

Horrible food. Place is staffed entirely by high school kids. Expect to receive either burnt or cold food. Owners have been told multiple times and don’t care. Avoid at all costs.

Usually, I have a decent experience here but today was kind of bad. Waited for almost an hour for a pizza and it wasn’t hot, the toppings were sparse and was sadly, not worth the wait.

They closed a hour early and started shutting down a hour and a half early. It’s really too bad, we came here for the brewery AND the food and didn’t get to try it. Oh, no mustard selection for the pretzels or sausage either.
