Food was ok. Asked for veggies…would have had to wait 20 extra minutes to get. So didn’t get that. Asked lady to just give me broccoli with just a few pieces of beef. Got 3peices of broccoli and the rest all meat. Noodles were OK but cold.

They were pretty busy. Really long line. But they were quick and efficient, polite. They even seemed to be in good moods. Even with all the people, they still smiled, even when they weren’t dealing with a customer. They did not seem overwhelmed whatsoever. They were confident. Food was a little behind on fried rice, but was nothing compared to the employees.

Similar to everyone else. Long, long wait times. I ordered online, told me my food was ready, and still had to wait 30+ minutes. What was the point of me ordering online then? Ridiculous. I also received flat out cold food and the food just did not taste correct today. I always get the same thing every single time, so I definitely know what its supposed to taste like. Today, that wasn’t the case. I will no longer visit this location. Not worth the trouble.

Lowest rating i can give. Lunch & they are out of 2 best selling items. I’m asked if i can wait 5 mins, ok. I wait, then ask worker ‘can i please get my food?’. He says it will be 10mins. I then ask for mgr, manager says he can’t do anything about it. I ask for his managers info. He says he can’t give it to me

Tried to order food and staff very rudely freaked out and they tried to take a hundred dollars bill from me and wouldn’t even explain why they thought it was fake or anything and tried to act like I didn’t get given a supposedly fake bill. Treated me like I was a criminal and not a working person.
