I do have to say, in terms of price, they are the least expensive option in the airport. Food is made to order. Fries were hot and crispy. Tasty too. I ordered their original double burger and it wasn’t my favorite. It wasn’t dry. It left an after sticky taste in my mouth. It left me still craving something tasty. I enjoyed their french fries very much. I also had the chicken fingers and fries. That was good. There’s plenty of condiments on the counter. Bowls laid out with catchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Customer service was good. The line moved quickly. I just wished my burger was tastier.

This is the place to eat in this airport, you get a double cheeseburger and fries for a bit more than $5. Maybe I was really hungry that day but I thought both were excellent for airport food. We got shakes but I would avoid if in a hurry because they ran out right after we got ours. Order at the kiosk to skip the line.

The service is the worst. They charged us for food we didn’t order twice. They didn’t give a receipt and said the machine wasn’t working. We got double charged AND got the wrong food on two different orders. I asked if I could order a shake and she said no the machine wasn’t working, but then the woman behind me got a strawberry shake. I asked another employee how I can get a shake and she said just order one. I told her the girl at the counter told me I couldn’t, and she said “She went on break so you’ll have to talk to her when she gets back.” And despite this just being a fast food place they ask for tips, and there is no “no tip” button, you have to select “other” and put in “$0”. Horrible staff, check your receipt.

The women running the front are the most rudest people I have ever met. They definitely hate their life and their job. Not worth it if you need a quick bite. Would rather buy a soggy 11 dollar sandwich than deal with those disgusting women again.

By far the worst Steak ‘n Shake in the country. The staff is extremely rude and Frisco sandwich is a grill cheese with 1 patty not 2 and no sauce. Stay away from this awful spot. Not worth your time.
