We came here from out of town and had both bobas, honey dew and blueberry. Very yummy! They gave us a buzzer to let us know when our food was ready. It was a little bit of a wait as they got busy! That’s always a good sign that the food is great! We got the shrimp tempura roll and spicy crab roll. So yummy! We will definitely be back!!!!

This place is fantastic. Everything we have ever ordered is delicious. I have friends who travel hours just to come here. Fuji Sushi is privately owned by a very kind small family and the restaurant is a crown jewel of Sioux City, drawing patrons from afar.

The best sushi I’ve ever had!!! You may have to wait awhile for it, but it’s totally worth the wait in my opinion! I love the Godzilla rolls and the jalapeno crab rolls! Seriously! These are AMAZING!! And the presentation is beautiful! Looks like they come from a high class restaurant and not the middle of a mall food court! I’d put their sushi up against the best in the business!! If you love sushi and you haven’t tried Fuji Sushi, you are missing out!
