Amazing customer service. I asked the guy taking the order what type of oil they fry in due to an allergy. He then walked me thru the menu making sure I ordered a “safe for me” meal. My 5 yo was also having a moment where he didn’t want anything and they offered him a taste test of the chicken, which he instantly chose. Clean environment. Ice cream Cones for the kiddos is always a plus. To sum it up: the food was good, but our experience here was excellent.

Pulled pork was outstanding. Everything else..not so…green bean didn’t like at all. Mac cheese was so so as was the beans. Sausage was ok but only luke warm. If I ever go back it would be for a pull pork sandwich only.

It wasn’t from the restaurant I ordered from Dickey’s at Home website on July 25th it said my order was confirmed and they will send another email when it shipped and I haven’t heard anything back yet sent emails to the address nothing and contact number on website doesn’t work and it’s safe to say will never order from site again

The food is fast and consistently good. I really like the turkey, brisket and the hot cheese sausage. Ribs are pretty good. chicken or pork are decent too but I always go back to the 3 meat plate- turkey, brisket, & sausage. Great selection and choice of sides, I prefer the onion strings, loaded mash potatoes, or the Mac and cheese. The bbq sauce isn’t needed but definitely preferred for me because it’s so good. and don’t forget your free ice cream cone!

I felt sick in only a few bites. It was like shoveling grease in my mouth. I have a pet peeve where I have to finish everything on my plate, this was the exception. The ice cream was pretty gas tho it still doesn’t make up for the horror I went through today and probably the horrors the bathroom will be seeing soon.
