The day manager was dealing with an extremely unpleasant unhappy woman that was standing in the front of the store yelling Anthony add the manager. This made everyone in the restaurant very uncomfortable. We changed our order from dining in to take out and would have just left Without ordering if we weren’t so hungry.

I truly don’t recommend this Wing Stop! Run to the one on Jupiter or 1st street but this location…. A big NO NO! Every-time I go the service is terrible and all the workers appear to have an attitude. Not to mention it seems every-time I eat at this particular location I feel sick afterwards. This location is constantly changing management which I find very telling and possibly a contributing factor as to why this location is ran terribly. I usually don’t take out time to write reviews but WingStop needs to seriously do something about this location because it is giving their company a bad reputation. If I haven’t already convinced you enough to avoid this location take out the time to read the reviews over the last 2 years… everyone has the same complaints but nothing has been done so just save yourself the time, money, and frustration by avoiding this location at ALL cost.

It was a lady standing there looking through books never once acknowledged us or asked if she could help finally my granddaughter ask her is this where we pick up orders she looked like we had bothered her and said YES , what is the name Then a nice gentleman came up behind her and said what name we gave him the name he gave us an order very kind unfortunately, they did not give us the correct order.

The food was good but I just realized that I was missing 2 wings. I really never count them and now I regret it. I have always bought from the same location and have never count them until this time and WOW, I couldn’t believe it. How many times have they done this? Do they do it to everyone? Probably yes. Count them even if it is one it counts.

Had a 15 piece boneless and large cheese fries. The fries are really good and the cheese doesn’t really taste like the canned crap. Wings ARE slightly over cooked and are hard to bite into. The boneless taste like bad chicken nuggets. Flavors and dipping cups are the winners at Wing Stop. I’ve had better food at other locations for sure.

When I first arrived, the lady at the counter was on her phone and didn’t address me when I entered so another guy walked to the front. I wasn’t comfortable with him because he had seemed rude when I tried to place my order over the phone which is why I placed it online instead. Anywho, I asked him if my wings were all flat and he said yes. Once I received my order, they were not all flats so I had to wait for it to be fixed. I also asked the lady for extra seasoning because that’s how I used to order my fries but I couldn’t choose all of the flavors in the app. She told me it would be $2! To do it but I’d already paid for the fries. She said for it to come on the side would cost more than going on the fries which I didn’t get because whether it’s in a container or not, it’s still extra. So I ask if she could just add it to the container I already had. She eventually gave me a small amount. Nevertheless, it seemed unprofessional to be on your phone and not put it away when someone enters. I understand we live in this day and age but that’s not good customer service.
