Just stay away from this place! 1 star was the only option. Should be 0. The food was terrible. Burgers were burnt to a crisp…similar to a hockey puck! Our order was wrong. It was cold. The only solution this place can even offer and I would accept would be to refund my money or give me a visa gift card equal to the order amount. I’m certainly not going to use a gift card from this awful burger place!

Yikes! Do not waste your time effort or money! Horrible! $4 for soggy soggy extremely small order of fries. And $13 for a double cheeseburger that honestly tastes like they cooked the meat from frozen in the microwave…. Gross! And get this it’s written down on my online order on my receipt absolutely everywhere that I wanted onions tomatoes mustard and ketchup and cheese. The cheese well it’s like hanging off the side of the bun and it’s so crispy that I can’t eat it so there’s no cheese on the burger, no tomatoes, no onions and as for the seasoned fries there’s not even any salt on the soggy nasty wormy feeling fries! So I will not be doing this place again gross!

We ordered two cheeseburgers and a side of fries for dinner and had it delivered. One of the cheeseburgers was missing. The other cheeseburger was not only burned to a crisp (see photo), but there was no cheese on it. The fries were cold.

Flavorless soggy burger. The fries were so undercooked they were almost clear. Very disappointed in this place. I should have checked reviews first. Nobody in the reviews is exaggerating with how bad this is. It’s like 5 guys and mc Donalds had a super lazy baby that personally hates you and your food.

My burger patties were severely overcooked and didn’t have most of the toppings I ordered. After reading the other comments it looks like that is the normal experience for this place. The staff here seems to be disgruntled and doesn’t care about the food. I made a second attempt to order their food and it was equally bad. They just don’t make things the way their ordered. They refuse to make a burger the way you order it. I won’t order again, it was a huge mistake to order a second time. It is wrong every single time. The staff is just doesn’t care about the quality of food. Update: the owner left a message saying to email them about the issues, but I emailed and never got a response, so the messages from the owner are just for show, they don’t actually want to try and make things right.

For a $20 meal this was by far the worst burger and Mac and cheese I have ever had. Do not waste your time and money on this place. Burger patties were hard as a rock I think I chipped a tooth. And the Mac and cheese tasted like it sat for a week or two.

I only gave 1 star because I had to, I was excited to see a new burger place listed on Grubhub and due to being so busy at work I just ordered with out looking at the reviews. MISTAKE!! It seems this burger joint cant even make a burger as I, along with everyone else also received a burnt, dry, cheese less cheeseburger with wilted lettuce and probably the equal to half a full onion on it. The thing so hard I thought I cracked a tooth!!

This place is horrible. I should have read the reviews. The Pattie’s were like beef jerky. I was excited to see another burger place I. Town and I gave them a try. One of the biggest mistakes I have made in a while. I don’t see how y’all can advertise 20 dollar burgers but aren’t worth 1. So bad. I won’t be going back. Chef Ramsey couldn’t even save this place.
