Lunch break with multiple options for everyone. Used the drive thru, had to pull forward and wait about 4 minutes for our hot & freshly made order. Found a shady parking spot to eat in and then back on the road. Would stop and eat here again.

This is a good place to eat. The food was hot and accurate. The root beer was fantastic as always!! The people working were nice and knowledgeable as well. My one concern here is the same one I have everytime we stop. The music is always so loud that it’s hard to talk to the people sitting at your table.

My family and I spontaneously chose here to eat after swimming at the city park pool recently. For those who didn’t know this is a duel A&W and KFC fast food place. We primarily ate off the A&W side of the menu. Everything went well. The food was good. The dining area was well kept, and the service was adequate. The biggest thing that stuck out was a manager who was really friendly and helpful. I had a lot of kids with me, and this manager did her best help with the orders i had. I wish I knew her name to give her recognition, but I don’t. So overall, it was a good first visit to this location.

Food is normally fast and delicious, but on my recent visit it took over an hour and the manager in charge looked stressed out of her mind from dealing with some of the most incompetent employees I’ve ever seen. Props to the manager for keeping her cool with them I wouldn’t have been so patient. Food was still good though, just took a lot of time.

Ordered the new nuggets…..never again! Horrible! Ordered through the drive-thru, got our food and we were missing an order of fries. Went back in to get the missing fries. The guy at the counter apologized and ask the girl behind cooking for another order of fries that were missing and she said she’d get them in a min. We waited almost 10 min and the guy finally went and got them. There were literally 10 fries in each order. The nuggets were horrible! Cold, chewy small and no taste. I couldn’t believe i paid 11.95 for it. Honostly it wasnt worth 1.95. KFC has gone down in quality and up in price. I think my days of KFC are over.

Short staffed, long wait times. Took my $$ but didn’t give me a receipt or my drink but had to wait in the parking area along with 3 other vehicles. Had to go in and ask about my order but had to wait my turn since there was another customer who had been waiting 32 min for her food. They asked to see both of our receipts but neither of us had one to give her since she never gave us one in the 1st place. Do NOT recommend.

With the amount of staff employees they could have kept the dining area alittle cleaner. Some tables were a mess and the floor could have been swept more! Other then that customer service was good and the food was good….
