Dominos in Canfield is probably the best dominoes I’ve ever had. They are quick, efficient, and provide the best quality pizza I’ve ever gotten from a dominos. You can see pride in their workmanship there. I usually get the buffalo chicken pizza and Philly cheesesteak , and they are number 1. Keep it up!

Had an issue with our order. We called the store to see what could be done. We ordered our pizza with extra alfredo sauce. The pizza was delivered undercooked,presumably from the extra sauce. The pizza had so much sauce on it, I’d say 3 to 4 times the normal amount. The store manager told me I should’ve accounted for this by ordering it well done instead of normally. I feel like they should have made sure it was cooked fully. It’s not my job to account for the sauce when THEY are the ones baking it. They refused to make the situation right and offered me a $5 voucher instead of a credit or refund for the full price of the pizza….$12. The store manager had zero compassion and recommended I call customer service. She then proceeded to inform me that they are just going to refer me back to them so I should just accept the $5 credit.

There’s not many pizza places that I won’t be return to but this location of Domino’s is one. Food came about an hour 30-40 minutes after order. We were told they had to get lids for the pasta from another store. Pasta had a crispy top probably from the attempt to keep it warm. All food was fairly dry. Dominos online offered the choice between 20% off and something else. I declined, didn’t want to be obligated to have to order from here again.

Placed carry out order online. Stayed pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. My business is located right across the street. I was busy, so I walked over to Domino’s about 23 minutes later. I was not greeted when I entered. There was a guy at the register who NEVER acknowledged me! There was a woman making pizzas that finally spoke to me & the guy boxing pizzas came to the register to serve me. I paid for the pizza & was told just a few more minutes. I began writing this review after waiting ANOTHER 15 minutes in the store. I think my pizza was being made as I stood there waiting! POOR customer service.

Order online said it would take 28-38 minutes for delivery, took and hour. No big deal I get things happen but then they had my order wrong, they sent the pasta with Alfredo and sausage and I ordered pasta with marinara and beef. Called they offered to make a correct one and bring it out. Great, then 50 minutes later I get a call from a driver stating he delivered it to the wrong house but they would make another one and bring it to me. After 2 hours of waiting for my food I was over it, told them not to bother.

Order was supposed to be ready by 604 did not get order til 634 waiting extra half hour in shop. Then got to my car had a feeling something was wrong so I checked the pizzas one was wrong brought it back in they said they would remake and it would only take 6 min I said what about my other pizza we will keep it in the warmer. I said ok but I am not happy that I have to wait even longer. 10 min went buy and still no pizza. They kept telling me it was almost out I said I’m sorry but if I known this was going to take this long I would not have gotten it then when I asked for gm number or name would not give it to me and started to be really nasty to me and finally 15 after the screw up 6:50 I finally got it not going back to this location again.

This location on Lockwood seems to go above and beyond. We have ordered from there a few times and they have been very punctual and friendly. On the last order before today, we ordered the Lava Cakes with icing and they forgot the icing. I called to tell them only because they charge for it and I planned to order again, I never expected the manager/owner to actually bring it right away to us! Places just don’t do that anymore or show any care when things like that happen, you can tell they really care. Tonight we ordered a few things for delivery and the driver Christopher actually called to say he left it outside (I choose the contactless delivery), he showed a lot of care because it has been raining on and off this evening.
