The last time I went there was a very nice and polite young man in the window…but TODAY I got the same rude young lady who is usually there..I thought she was fired since I didn’t see her on my last visit BUT TODAY..she was rude per usual…she gave me a very lazy greeting..then proceeded to interrupt my order to let me know everything would be cooked to order…at Little Caesars.? So it’s not HOT AND READY..?? I probably would have waited..but SHE IS SO RUDE…I’ll never come vack to this location..NEVER.!

Everytime I go to Little Caesars now I wonder how it’s going to disappoint this time. They never have pizzas “hot and ready.” The last time I went they were only making pizzas to order. The entire reason I go to Little Caesars is because they are supposed to have pizzas “hot and ready.”

i am not one to write reviews, nor am i one to be negative. but it is hard to be positive after such an interesting experience. i placed an order online to be picked up in the lobby. i have had mixed experiences with the lobby being locked but sometimes i am able to receive my order in the lobby. i was expecting the lobby door to be locked as that’s how this usually goes. however the door was unlocked. i walked in, smiled at the worker, and she said “the lobby is closed.” i said “i placed an order for pickup in the lobby.” she said my order was in the drive through. okay, cool, but i am physically inside the store. it does not require too much effort to just hand me my order. during this exchange, there was no one at the drive through. i ended up walking out and going through the drive through.

The pizza is sometimes not ready, and they tell you to go and wait in front of the building. Well last time I waited 25 minutes and nobody came. So I saw other vehicles pulling back in line, so did I. And the Pizza was sitting right there ready to go.

I ordered a couple pizzas online and picked up through the drive-thru. No issues. Wish the location was better with an easier drive thru and parking lot.

This place has terrible service. They rarely have any “Hot and Ready” Pizzas available. Yesterday they had a little kid working the drive through. Check your order before pulling away because there’s a good chance they messed it up!

Be prepared to just go somewhere else. If they don’t something cooked, they will not cook anymore. At 6:00 on a Friday, I was told they won’t make any more cheese sticks “until tomorrow”. Regularly do not have anything prepared and apparently making anything when ordered is not an option. It seems like the employees make a certain amount and then are done regardless of what time it is etc.

Tried to walk into the store at about 6 in the evening and found that the door was locked. No sign or anything posted about it. I got back in my car and waited in the drive-thru line and tried to order a slices and stix pizza. They told me it had been discontinued, which sucks but is understandable. I then tried to order a pizza and order of cheesy bread, only to be told they weren’t making any bread products and only had pepperoni pizzas. Well, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, got home, opened the box, and found that they hadn’t even cut the pizza. Pretty disappointing experience

They never have Hot and ready pizza which is the biggest reason people even eat little Ceasars. Everytime I pick the food is undercooked. People that work there are mostly rude and lazy.

The front door is always locked which means you have to go through the very small drive through only to deal with rude staff who act as if you are bothering them. No matter how you order your told to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes if your lucky.
