I ordered a thin crust and a deep dish online. My aunt drove 45 minutes to pick it up. They had “no orders in their system”. So my aunt waited another 30 minutes for them to make the pizza. She specifically told them and showed the worker there a receipt of what we ordered. She drove 45 minutes back home only to see find that both these pizzas are hand tossed. We ordered a deep dish and thin crust… my aunt isn’t from Chicago so she wouldn’t have know but I am… You guys don’t deserve the Rosati’s name. I should have listened to all the negative reviews. Do not expect Chicago-style pizza if you order from here. Close this location and try again…

So I just went to Rosati’s pizza at the Woodlands hilli mall. I will give them a 1 out of 5. First of all we just came out of a pandemic. When you serve food please put some gloves on to serve your customer. That for me just a no no. Second the pizza tasted so bad. It’s like they soaked the whole thing in grease. Just awful.

Went here for deep dish and it’s on their menu. Server said they could not make deep dish. All they had was thin crust slices for sale. Server acted like he hated his life and everything else for that matter got a slice it was NASTY and greasy and was not even warm. Who Eve owns this place needs to get in there and fix these problems I highly do NOT recommend. Threw the majority of the slice away and found something else to eat elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here

I ate there yesterday and I dont know about the pizza but my calzone was good and the older gentleman was so kind and helpful! He smiled the whole time and when I asked for a plastic knife for my calzone they didn’t have one so he offered to take it into the back and cut it into thirds for me! I see the reviews and it seems like this place could be great! Just needs a little tlc from the owner.

Tried to order food, they had nothing except slices of pizza (which looked sad, and not like good pizza). They had no sign saying they were out of anything, and looked like I offended them asking for an Italian beef sandwich, because they didn’t have it. The other reviews I’d seen, seemed to accurately describe how the pizza looked, somewhat cold, greasy for no reason, and honestly did not look like Chicago thin crust at all, especially when cut New York style in large slices. If you want Chicago thin crust in the Tulsa area, just go to Savastano’s, there is legit Chicago heritage in that place, and not just a low quality franchise location of what was once an iconic small Chicago chain.

Portion sizes were above average. Very filling. However, I found the pizza to be near tasteless. Service was kinda sassy for no real reason and their options were limited at the time. Wait time was not bad, though. But it will probably be a while before I come back.

Incorrect change ($10 off), only drink choice available: water or Big Red (out of all others), sold us salad, but neglected to tell us they had no dressing available until we asked for it (had to pay extra for some at Subway next door)…..and pizza was not fresh.

No one was at the counter when we arrived. We waited quite a while and finally started walking off – then someone came out of the back. The fries taste like cardboard and were overly salted. The pizza was not hot and greasy, and not the best. Probably won’t be back. Too bad. The mall needed a pizza place.

I love rosattis in Chicago and was so excited it was in Tulsa. Tried to order the chopped salad and the guy didn’t speak any English. Tried to just give me a slice of pizza that looked like it had sat out since yesterday. Didn’t get my salad.
