Very unhappy with the service when going to this location the last few times and decided i will not be coming back hereafter. They ignore customers, act rude with them as well. Today we went to get ice cream and they said we can’t have, since they are cleaning, it was 1 pm on a Thursday…. Also there is a homeless man that lives there it seems?

Unacceptable. These are old dry donuts that have been out forever. You are supposed to follow quality guidelines and throw donuts out at a certain time and replace. This Dunkin obviously keeps it until it gets old. I ordered online bc I am sick. They are not what was ordered. It looks like they just took the left over donuts they had, and shoved it in a bag.

Thank goodness my coffee was at least made right. Drive thru was a complete mess….it has been 4 days since the snow storm and snow has turned into ice at the drive thru….not sure if they plowed or if they plowed, it was done poorly because my AWD SUV almost got stuck in there. Not only that, my food was hard as a rock and burnt! I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese but instead I got burnt, 3 day old tasting bagel! What a waste of money!

This Dunkin’ is maintained very well and there is little to no garbage inside the store. Their selection of doughnuts is not big, but there is a decent variety. The seating area inside is not very big, but it is manageable. There is at least some spots for you to sit. Overall, this Dunkin’ is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone in town.

I placed an online pickup order yesterday came to pick it up realized what I ordered did not mean whipped cream. Asked them to add whipped cream they did no issue. Today I order again but I still can’t seem to find where it says whipped cream so I clicked cold press which charges more but whatever I’ll just ask for whipped when I go in no biggie, or so I thought. I go in today and this petite frail Indian man starts going bezerk on me in front of numerous customers. The place is packed and he goes YOU DID THIS YESTERDAY! I said sorry sir I’m not sure how to order this on the app it keeps coming out this way. Sorry I’ll pay. He retorts in a condescending tone yelling in front of everyone THIS IS $.49!! YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR APP FIX YOUR APP YOU DID THIS YESTERDAY! Now I’m just sitting here baffled why he’s screaming at me over $.49 especially when I stated beforehand I would pay. He did entirely too much and attempted to embarrass me but no worries to the Jacka$$ I will never patron the highland park location EVER again. If I was white he wouldn’t have dare thought to raise his voice at me over $.49 worth of product !

I go here everytime, and I always think the person at the counter has had a bad day. But it happened again this morning – I can’t imagine how someone can be rude to a customer at 8am. He was extremely rude – and rolled his eyes for every single request of mine. Like he was doing me a favor. I ordered 30 munchkins and I had no idea what was in the box he gave and like any customer I asked if it was indeed 30 munchkins, not because I doubted him, but because I was making sure he got 2 orders – 1 of 25 and the other 5 / he goes “do you want to count?” Now that I think back, I should have. Terrible service by this person. Not sure how they allow him to work here.
