Ordered 3 piece Orginal – 2 legs & thigh. Received 3 drumsticks..2 original one Crispy. Only the crispy was befitting an adult portion..the other two were diffiently for a toddler. The Chicken was dry..not fresh. Biscuit dry in texture & taste. I suspect both the meat & biscuit have been sitting under the warming lights far to long.

Got the chicken sandwiches since I have been on that kick. So the spicy chicken is not spicy chicken, it is a regular chicken patty with hot sauce slapped on the top and bottom bun to make it spicy which makes it gross and sloppy, the bun just gets drenched in a Tabasco type sauce. I mean spicy chicken sandwich implied that the chicken was spicy not the bun, but whatever. The chicken on the regular sandwich was great, the one on the “spicy” chicken sandwich was a lil tough and hard to chew, definitely not the thick juicy chicken breast you’re hoping for.

I stopped going to this KFC last yr for poor service an the quality of the food, I gave them a try yesterday and let me tell ya, ” Those ladies didn’t disappoint” … My order was 100% correct, the food came out hot an quickly, and the meal was absolutely delicious…..Time to raise their pay, with employees such as this, they will make ya a fortune…..JS. Ordered online and waited damn near a hour before I got my food. Was told to pull into a spot and my food would be right out. While sitting and waiting, 3 other cars came through the drive thru and was served and left. I then pull back into the drive thru window and asked where my food was? I was told it would take 1 minute and to pull into a parking spot to help their drive thru time. Fact of the matter is…I don’t care about your drive thru time if it’s not efficient. It took almost 10 more minutes to get my food. I’m good on this place and won’t be returning anytime soon!!!

I ordered my food through Uber Eats. My chicken pot pie was overcooked – the crust was burnt and the chicken mix was dry and salty. My chicken in my Chicken Box waa overcooked and cold. This was the worst KFC order I have ever received. It’s disgusting to see that the KFC employees showed no concern for the quality of my order
