Fantastic little Mexican spot!! Delicious tacos and tasty salsas with unbeatable prices. I really enjoyed the Barbacoa, Carnitas, and Chirizo tacos with the red and green salsas. Also the pineapple agua Fresca hit the spot. Nice stop that I would 10/10 recommend. Quick, friendly service. Quite a few spots for sitting in the shade. Best Mexican food I’ve had since moving away from NYC. 100% worth a stop!

We always love coming to La Rancherita. We love their Agua Frescas, tostadas, and tacos. You honestly can’t go wrong unless you haven’t tried the salsa yet, because it’s the best. The Red is hot and the green is more of a mild/medium, the flavors are so unique and delicious.

The food is really good, the customer service is good as well. No bathroom! Easy stop for good food. Usually open before 11am. I gave this open top marks for Mexican food trucks. I’ve eaten at many food trucks. The tacos and entree’s are good but I recommend the cabeza tacos.

If you can catch this little taco place open then definitely stop. IT IS WELL WORTH IT!! Approach the window and give them your order and in a few minutes it will be done. The food is fresh. The service is friendly and very fast. There is a small building with tables to the right… I always eat in my car.

Another taco truck killing it in the greater Asheville area. Has a covered eating area if ur lunch is long enough to enjoy it on the premises. Enough parking usually. There burritos and quesadillas are huge and off the hook. They also have cabeza and lengua all the time which is a rarity at the taco trucks it seems. Get u some folks.
