It’s a SHAME Wendy’s stopped making their garlic fries. The one we live near doesn’t make vanilla frosties anymore either. I don’t know what’s wrong with these fast food companies that causes them to (I’m guessing) discontinue their best food/beverages. This Wendy’s hit the nail on the head with quality on both items!

Stopped in to Trexlertown Wendy’s today. During lunch rush. Staff was polite and fast. I had 6 orders in front of mine and only waiting 5 minutes tops to get my order. Food is hot and fresh. I dined in, which I don’t normally do. Dining room is clean, tables looked wiped down, floor swept and mopped. Bathrooms were clean and smelled like they were recently cleaned. The coke machine was out of a few different flavors, but the basics were there, and I understand supply chain delays. My family has picked Wendy’s over all other fast food chains my entire life and this was probably my best experience, not to say most others weren’t good, this was the best. Glad I stopped into this location today. I was very impressed.

Save yourself some time and go to McDonalds down the street where you will get hot fresh food without any attitudes like you get when you go to the Wendy’s (store number 00002029) like I did today. Manger (out of a bit of respect, which I did not get from her, I will not list her name) is not a fan of listening to why I had to drive back and walk into the restaurant because my fries and nuggets were iced cold. She pretty much threw another order of fries at me, didn’t even let me tell her about the other unacceptable cold items. Clearly the DM Corey, needs to better train his staff. You know you are not over exaggerating when I had to walk back into the store to get the managers name and the customers in line gave it to me!

Cashier called me a “fatass” when I asked her to properly fill my frosty and then stormed off. I had asked this lady nicely to correctly fill up my cup all the way and she cursed at me then I left in astonish. Will never be coming back to this location again service is terrible.

When we arrived at your establishment my mom and I ordered some breakfast. We stated that we both wanted vanilla iced coffee along with our english muffin sandwich and croissant sandwich. The dark skinned person got the order wrong three times and acted smart while doing it too. It was hot unflavored coffee the first time then when corrected she added ice and then left again. The final time when it looked right I tasted the drink and it was flavorless. I was also served cold food that tasted bad. I’m never going back to this location for food again.

Food is great ate 2 times so far. Service is slow and mostly due to short on help by the way it looks anyhow. They do have a help wanted sign in the door but place is pretty clean inside not a lot of clutter and bathrooms are clean at least when I was in to wash my hands. Place is very busy during lunch hours so far during the week and on a Saturday, but as I said food so far 2 different orders and they were correct and hot taste is good so it’s worth it. Entrance is a little tight in and out.

Update march 28, 2022. When eating in for breakfast we noticed that they make the home fries fresh just for our order. No wonder they are fresh and crispy every time. Update November 2, 2021. Dining room again open for lunch and dinner. Frostys nice cold and firm and employees friendly.
