I had not had Arby’s in a few years. But I was a regular in the early 2000’s. SO I’m not sure what has changed or if its only my local location, But I ordered two double roast beef sandwiches. The total came to $17. When I unwrapped it, I could tell right away something had changed. Arby’s roast beef used to be very thin sliced and tender and juicy. What I got looked like thick pieces of grey rubber folded up into perfect squares. They were a little tough to chew and did not taste like meat. I gotta say, I’ve had some terrible meals in my time, but this was the worst sandwich I have EVERY eaten in my life. Seriously I don’t know if this is at all Arby’s but I’m really not willing to ever find out by trying them again. After three bites I threw both sandwiches out… Ugh… It was SO nasty. Seriously something must have been wrong. There is no way they can sell something that tastes like that and stay in business… Ugh I can still taste the way that rubbery stuff they called meat felt in my mouth… NASTY

We ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich and got this :/ I called and they offered zero apologies or replacement. The time that I ordered before this I got sliders with cut Italian bread instead of their normal rolls. I will not be vising this location again!

We picked up a fish sandwich with an order of fries and drink, and 2 roast beef sandwiches. The fish was cold and chewy. I only live 4 miles away so it wouldn’t have had time to get cold. The fries were stale and had been there for quite awhile. The roast beef sandwiches were also cold and thrown together. The quality of this Arby’s has to be the quickest downfall of quality that I have ever seen. The minute the opening crew left, it tanked quickly. Probably not going to go back. A shame.

I appreciate fresh food but had to wait quite a while for my food, I wanted curly fries but got crinkle fries. $14.40 for one meal, the chicken wrap large….I could gone to a sit down restaurant for that price.

The staff all had great attitudes. Very polite and friendly. Our order was done quickly and correct. The store it’s self was very clean. I’d definitely recommend anyone in the area or just passing through to stop in and give it a try!!!

My wife and daughter went in to order carry out. They refused to serve the gentleman at the front of the line explaining that they were closing. Then they turned the lights off until people in line to be served left. We were surprised since it was 9:42 and they have 10:00 posted as closing time.

Literally just left the drive-thru got back to my house can’t even make a basic simple roast beef sandwich with the regular toppings on it I get two buns and some meat.. this is not the first time I’ve had a messed up order but I can guarantee I would rather drive the Whitehall then wait in line at the slow horrible service at this location!

It was the best $12 fries and drink ever. That’s because the chicken I ordered was inedible and I threw it in the trash. I went through the drive thru and didn’t discover the issue with the chicken until I was several minutes down the road. I don’t live nearby and so I didn’t bother going back to complain.
