I’m going to assume the male in blue jeans and black shirt with glasses and wave cap is the Manager on duty at that location as of Aug 6th 2023 at 1650 hrs, You Sir need a couple classes in customer relations and apparently business management. When a customer walks in you did not greet them or even acknowledge that they were next in line, the entire store was empty and you purposefully looked the other way and meandered around Instead of at least saying ” one moment sir” or a simple ” hi welcome to pizza hut” as a manager you should know better. I’m good on ordering from this location I’ll drive the extra 2 miles. You were not even slightly cordial nor welcoming in any manner. The cook in the back looked like he had a better attitude and you make way more than he does.

Found hair in my food. Called to ask for a refund. Manager on duty wouldn’t give me a refund unless I brought the two pizzas and breadsticks back… I did and still didn’t get a full refund because I had already poured the soda out for my family. Rude manager. Will never get Pizza Hut again from any location as a result.

Tried curbside service and had to call because food wasn’t brought out. Got the Supreme and it was awful. More mushrooms than anything else. Pizza Hut is not what it used to be.

If you make someone wait for an order that you messed up, then maybe just remake the food so they get something fresh, you can’t just cook the toppings that were ordered on a pizza in a pan after you see you messed up it has a totally different taste and mouth feel, also pull the food out of the oven when it’s done. One person throwing toppings and one on cut table, somehow the oven got backed up to the point that people’s food was burning. Extra star for the Pepsi.

I ordered a pizza it told me it was to arrive @7:26 I called the store at 7:42 and asked should I come get my pizza they told me the order had left 5 mins prior. I live 1.5 miles still didn’t receive till 7:49 and the young lady was nonchalant like oh well it’s on its way. This was not acceptable I am hoping management reached out

I was given the wrong pizzas at carry out, noticed once I got home so I turned around and went back (10 min drive), was able to get the pizza’s I ordered got home with them and they happened to be stone cold, seams like once they realize they messed my order up the didn’t get the pizza warm. Horrible service would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone! The lady blamed it on new staff and being busy. They had taken the pizza’s that I had returned and put them on the back table ( I hope they didn’t give them out to anyone).Didn’t a apology just a excuse of why it was messed up. The least they could have done with me having to drive back to the store was offered a discount or give my money back for cold pizza that wasn’t ate. If I was you I would go out of my way to find another Pizza Hut to go to
