What a wonderful place! Super modest, family run, simple and totally delicious. My wife and I got the chow mein (one of us got chicken, the other pork) and both of us were really impressed. Son got a cheeseburger, and the fries were even just right. 🙂 Definitely stop here if you come through Lincoln.

We LOVE post rock. It is clean and the owner and his wife are friendly and kind. Prices are fair, and the food comes out quick! I would reccomend the chicken chow mein and the tiki Masala. Naan is hot and yummy. We have been twice, and recieved great service both times.

I stopped to fill up with fuel at the gas station on the highway, and asked if there was a good place to grab lunch. The fellow there said a new Himalayan restaurant just opened this week at the motel, and he’d heard good things. Well, he was right, this place is excellent! It’s obviously new, and it’s very clean and bright inside. The owner is very friendly and took the time to tell me all about the special. I ordered the butter chicken, and it was made fresh so it took about 10 minutes to come out… well worth the wait. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sauce was creamy and spiced (without being “hot”), and the fried rice was as good as I’ve had in a while. The side of green beans and chickpeas was steaming and delicious, and very flavorful. The naan was just a touch thin and greasy but it was still quite good. It’s a little more expensive than I usually pay for lunch ($20 with tip) but it was a great meal. I’ll be back next time I’m near Lincoln!

Enjoyed a wonderful, authentic, reasonably priced Himalayan lunch while here in Kansas helping a family member move. We ordered the chicken curry and chicken lo-mein, both which were huge portions and were delicious to boot. My dad and I looked at each other, said “I guess we’ll have enough for dinner tonight”, but unfortunately no leftovers survived because the food was so good.

What a little gem hidden next to this hotel. Wasn’t really sure what to expect in selection of food, but the food was great, price was reasonable. Only bummer was that drinks were via cans/bottles only.

I was very excited to see this restaurant here and it did not disappoint at all! The food was delicious and refreshing after days of standard traveling food. I also had the additional bonus of some great conversation with a local while she was waiting for her food and frozen yogurt. I would encourage people to stop here and be warmed by this great food.
