What a lucky find! We had some family visiting and they wanted to check out the World Trade Center museum. I met them for lunch on (conveniently) a Friday afternoon which is when smorgasburg is open! We tried a lot of different foods and had a really nice afternoon. It’s smaller than the original one and I’m not sure if the vendors are the same each week, but everything we had was great. I definitely recommend it if you are in the area on Friday’s in the summer!

Every Friday it is here. Very good location! I love this area. I pass by here everyday while going to work. I think it has a variety of choices for food. Price is generally $10+, and for small items the vendors may sell $4+, but they will not make you full. People are happy eating outside.

Sooooo yummy loved this blueberry lemonade I would go back just for that. Fries were a bit over priced but it’s downtown so I expected high prices. For a good meal (drink, main food, and desert) be expected to spend minimum 25 dollars, maximum 40 depending on what or how much you get. Foods good though and it was fun to walk around a food market.

The food I got was good. Cheesy bacon fries & Chicken & Pulled Pork Tacos. Great location as always by WTC, very full with people. There wasn’t as many food stands as Prospect Park, so be sure to check out PP Smorgasburg as well for more variety.

Great selection of food stalls offering up bites from around the world. Whilst so many smelt great, I tried the taco stall, specifically having fried fish tacos, and they were incredible. For New York the prices were pretty reasonable too.

I love the fact that you can get different kind of food in one place. Every Friday they do it on WTC. Today I went there for the first time to eat fomomo. I spent $25 for assorted chicken momos. To be honest I am really disappointed. Non of them was tasty. In insta they just hipped about Indian momo. There is always a place for improvements. Sorry to say, It’s not worth of money and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Oculus is the perfect place for this event. Had a fish poboy, duck fat pountine, peach lemonade, fish quesataco. All was freshly prepared, absolutely delicious. The ice cream truck with the sundae was the best idea as well. Wishing this event was here permanently. What a great experience.

I absolutely love the Smorgasburg near the WTC. It’s got an incredible lineup of vendors but there was one in particular that brought me here: Pepper Plate. I was craving a smash burger and this place delivered. One of the best smashes in the city and the fries are great too. Make sure you get them plated and covered in the special sauce. This meal gets messy but is worth it!

What you would expect but instead of a whole load of food trucks it’s a whole load of food stalls and don’t buy the hype on everything so only go for the unique, like I did with Duck Season’s Royal Poutine – Duck Fat Fries with Cheese Curd, Duck Bacon and Duck Fat Gravy, Yumm !
