I strongly encourage management to rethink how they’re running this franchise. Pretending that the restroom is broken for over a year is a fast way to lose customers. There’s a gentleman who frequently works this location and he’s quite rude. As I understand this area has had its challenges but it is improving. An easy way to fix undesirable activity in the restroom is to require a door code and print it on the receipt. And better train staff to work with customers and just be friendly and good listeners.

i think at this subway you have to make your own sandwich yourself because i’ve tried coming here three times now and each time there were no employees to be seen. the door bell went off when i came in. i waited for 5-10 minutes i even called out “hello?” to see if anyone was there. and nothing. do not go here they clearly don’t care at all at this subway.

Not sure why it gets 4.0. It was a 5.0 experience for all 4 of our orders. They also have monster zero energy drinks and the ingredients all look Fresh and high quality compared to other subways in the area. They also have roast beef! Most subways have cut Roast beef from their menu for some reason. Friendly service and clean interior. We will be back, for sure.

The guy working here was terrible. Middle age Mexican at pacific in FederalWay. Terrible customer service. I saw him added some old spinach to the fresh one. I told him I don’t want those old black spoiled vegetables. Please give me from the fresh pan. He argued with me about it. I shouldn’t have continue with my order. He was mad at me. The cookie I got was so stale it didn’t have any taste. He’s one of those who save stale food to serve to costumers that challenge him. This is the only subway I’ve seen that has old food. This guy doesn’t throw out stale stuff. He sells EVERYTHING! Caution look before you order be prepared to go somewhere else. Subway is one of my favorites but I will not be eating anything from this one again!

Horrible. I placed an online order. Went to subway to pick up, and they say they don’t have it. Waited there for 20 mins, and still nothing. Staff said I might have gotten scam. Why, ? I’m using Subway app, and credit card was charged. Yet, he insist I try calling subway. App doesn’t have any way to cancel order, or call them if a problem arises. He said it was my problem to fix. I can’t even get refund. Now I have to call credit card,,,fraud. Still, no sandwiches.very upset today and very poor customer service. I’m deleting this app

Really looking forward to try one of the new subs. Besides I was holding a two for coupon so what the heck. As I waited patiently for the gal ahead of me buying the family dinner I scan the menu board to expedite mine and now it’s my turn, I have this coupon for two subs and she stops me and points at a little sign that apparently tells you they don’t accept the following….coupons were on the list. At that moment I thought man, chick fillet it is. Thanks anyway Subway.
