Worst brisket ever had. Full of sauce, no meat. It was saggy when taking it it was cold when eating. It looked like the burger was prepared for someone and when we ordered they took out the meat and put little brisket and gave it to me.

I was the only one in line. Took forever and this is what I got for my chicken cheddar ranch, two dried out barely warm chicken strips… Arby’s is great when done correctly. I don’t mind paying for quality. This one missed the mark… The only thing the guy at the window said was my total.

Every time I go to Arby’s my fries are the worst. I live 3 minutes away and by the time I get home and eat my fries they are cold. Not like a warm but cold cold and they are dry like they have been sitting in the fry holder for longer than they should be. There is no reason that after a 3 minute drive home my fries should taste like that. I’m not sure if they just don’t care about the quality of food they serve or if it was just pure laziness that someone didn’t drop new fries. If people are paying money for food (fast food or not) they by not actually try caring just a little bit?
