Possibly the worst burger I’ve ever had. The place was empty, not a single customer inside or outside. The burger was dry and barely warm. It did not taste fresh at all. Got 3 tenders, 2 burgers without fries or drinks and the price was about $20. You can get 2 full meals for the same price at Cookout, which provides better faster service and much better food quality. Such a disappointment with Hardee’s, no wonder the place was empty.

I’ve known Hardee’s for their tasty charbroiled taste on their burgers. This location did not have it, it seems like cheaper quality for the same price. The person that took the order could’ve done a better job at customer service. Then we wait awhile for this poor quality food which unfortunately makes many other reviews correct about the timeliness taking awhile.

Horrible service! I waited 20 mins for a burger. They didn’t tell me anything. Blasting music in the store. Employees walking around with Dew Rags on their head and T shirts. Very very unprofessional. The only 1 good thing about this restaurant was that it was clean. And after waiting 20 mins they brought the wrong order out so I had to wait another 10 mins. Then got the nerve to ask for a receipt. No apology or nothing. You can’t make this up

Waited 5-10 minutes for a burger and fries, while there was virtually no one in line, or the drive thru. Burger was great, but the fries tasted like the fry grease really needs changed. Need more than 3 or 4 people working to speed things up.

The particular Hardee’s we went to was extremely clean and friendly. Reasonably priced snacks are not available- they seem to just want to serve huge sandwiches or bundles. I just want a quick bite (Arby’s sliders) for 2-3 $ or less.

Came in for breakfast this morning. Food was hot fresh and amazing. Staff was friendly… until my daughter (4) spilled her water. That’s when they became even more than friendly. They immediately came out, helped clean up the water and ice and helped comfort my kid. This is more of what America needs and I appreciate every single one of those employees for doing a wonderful job all the way around today!
