I love J.J. I order from there a couple of times a month and have it delivered, or I’ll go pick it up. The workers are always nice and are insanely fast. I’ve sometimes had my delivery within 15 minutes of ordering it on the app. The fresh bread is too delicious and really makes the whole sandwich. Their pickles are also awesome. They have a good bite.

My experience was tarnished by Matty. She yelled at my son putting sprite in his water cup. I paid for the drink when I realized what happened. Definitely not the type of experience I wanted for my vacation. Service was bad because of Matty The Manager.The Thai chicken wrap is pretty good. And the chick with black and white hair is chill.

I don’t usually leave reviews; but this JJs needs to do better. Ordered from Cadillac JJs on 3 occasions now. None of the deliveries have been correct or freaky fast. Typical time for all 3 have been 45 -55 min later. Big Rapids was never an issue when I lived there. Saying good bye to JJs. I’ll get subs someplace else.

Ordered sub paid $1.00 extra for peppers n 1.00 extra for mustard, didn’t get mustard n only 1slice of pepper. The girl took my sub n paged thru it with her finger like turning pages in a book, then handed it back to me saying it’s on there n refused to refund my money after she destroyed my sub. I threw in the trash n left, will never return to Jj’s. I tell everyone about my experience there.
