First time at this location. I was just rolling through town and stopped to get a bite to eat. I ordered the number 8 combo, which is 3 Doritos Locos Tacos supreme with no lettuce and extra beef, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, and a large drink. The tacos were hot and really good and stuffed to the top. The Mountain Dew was really flat, and it needed more dew flavor. The customer service was great. The men’s bathroom needed attention it smelled like urine, but it did have hand soap. The dining room was in pretty good shape.

Out of Mt Dew before noon somehow, got Dr Pepper instead and it taste like they haven’t washed the soda dispenser in years. Person manning the drive thru wasn’t looking when handing out change and dumped mine all over the ground, she didn’t even apologize.

Manager got smart and caught an attitude with me and proceeds to snatch the wrong order out of my hands all because I told her what was supposed to come on my tacos. Employees constantly kept messing up my order even though it was told to them more than twice. Manager couldn’t even own up to her attitude and terrible customer service so the employee apologized for HER doing.

Its the middle of the day and the lobby is closed while i am trying to pick up a door dash order. Also the druve thru is doing one order at a time. Then they are completing that order before even taking the next order. Ridiculous!

Something is wrong about the way they make the Mexican pizza ; the crunchy part tastes Terrible, I couldn’t even eat it. Twice this has been the case at this location.
