5 stars for friendly person at the window today, 1 star for ACCURACY… people READ the online orders!!! I order PIE CUT and all 3 were square. Ordered 2 Pineapple/Ham, 1 Pineapple Spinach. Got exactly opposite! READ THE CUSTOMERS ORDER!!! Not the first time they’ve gotten it wrong. I HATE SQUARE CUT!!! No edge to hold the interior pizza slices. READ, READ, READ!!! Window person was super nice, great smile, very friendly. Too bad the others don’t match up 🙁

Horrible service. Awful!! The gentleman who completed my sale was loud, rude, and sarcastic when I told him I had been waiting at the pickup window. I saw him inside laughing and talking with others. When I went inside of the location and inquired about why he ignored me at the window, he said he was busy cooking food. His hands were dirty, still from the food he was preparing. He never wiped his hands. Didn’t have on gloves. I sat at the drive thru pickup window for almost seven minutes. No acknowledgment. When I went inside, I was treated as an inconvenience. Customer service rating: 0.

Worst dominos . Especially at night time. The night shift is ridiculous. Every time I go I see the same workers my pizza be wrong EVERY TIME. They don’t know the difference between Pan crust & Brooklyn style crust! They make every pizza the same everytime. This is not the first time I’ve had a terrible experience. Ordering lunch for the office (4-5 people) at 11:36. Approximate delivery time shows 12-22 minutes. Tracker sat on preparing for an hour. Called 5-6 times before someone answered and told us they were just now making the pizza (12:40) because they are running behind. Last time they told us to come pick it up if we wanted it because they didn’t have any drivers. Pizza finally showed up at 1:23.

Had to go with Papa Johns. Dominos took our order and left it on preparing for 30min. Never contacted us about it so we called them when it didnt show up on time. First call they hung up on us after waiting on hold. Second call they answered and told us all of their drivers didnt show up… lol this place needs to shut down. This papa johns we got converted me.

The delivery drivers are incredibly rude. As well then manager, it’s a male manager. He was very sassy and rude. The drivers don’t listen to instructions, they be slinging the orders at the door instead of handing it to you.

I ordered my pizza at 7, and it’s 8:13. The pizza is fine but the last two times I’ve ordered it took an hour to get here and I’m 0.5 mi away. They’re not hiring enough drivers to deliver the pizzas, so I would recommend going somewhere else.

Refused to deliver to the house with me and my girlfriend when we live only a minute or two down the road because they “don’t deliver to that area after 5 pm.” Which we know is complete lies as we see them deliver to houses around us much later, like 8 or 9 pm. We ordered the pizza online, then went to pick it up once it was ready. We get back to the hotel to notice they didn’t put the garlic sauce dip that we also ordered. We drive back to Dominoe’s and try to go in and noticed the door was closed. The workers are looking at me and ignoring me. I waited for 5 minutes outside and finally went to the order window. Once again, they see me and are ignoring me. I tap on the window and once again nothing. I had to start yelling to get them to acknowledge me with him laughing thinking it was funny. After another 5 minutes, they finally come to the window and he has the nerve to tell me that I didn’t need to tap on the window. Finally after a total of 10 minutes, we finally got the garlic dipping sauce. It’s a safe bet that I will never go to that Dominos again.
