Have not buen to Pizza Hut for many years preferring to get my pizza from authentic Italian places. Circumstances led me back to Pizza Hut and to say I was totally surprised is an understatement. This is not the Pizza Hut I remember, great crust, fresh toppings, and an overall great pizza. Well done Pizza Hut, you have an old customer back.

Tell your delivery drivers to turn their headlights on at all times when they are on the road delivering for you. There’s no excuse for headlights being off, especially while working. It’s dangerous to not have them on. Just saw a driver without their lights on.

Delivery always on time. 1 out of 20 pizzas would be a bit burnt, 1 out of 20 pizzas would be undercooked, and 5 out of 20 pizzas wouldn’t be cut well, though 18 out of 20 pizzas is delicious and 13 out of 20 pizzas are absolutely perfect.

Horrible, we paid over 100 dollars for 4 pizzas a chicken afredo and bread sticks. Unbelievable. The chicken Alfredo has chewy chicken and not fully cooked noodles. The bread sticks were ok not much flavor. We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and one of them came with stuffed crust that we DID NOT order, it tasted terrible. 1 pizza supreme which looked very uncooked and 1 pepperoni pizza with a few other toppings and that one was ok aslwell. But overall this was NOT worth 100+ dollars.

They had their hands full being short on help but still smiling and working hard . The Manager lady was in there pumping out pizza as fast as her little heart could but still on top of phone calls and walk in very impressed. Food was still hot and yummy . Thanks again my go to pizza hut !!!

Terrible customer service. I placed an order thru the app on the 16th of Feb.. When it was delivered the delivery driver gave me a tongue lashing for not leaving her a tip thru the app that I placed my order thru, while she tossed me my food which I nearly dropped. Then shoved it into me nearly knocking me over. I won’t be ordering anything from them again.

We couldn’t have had a better experience with the Port Orchard Pizza Hut. The pizza was made and cooked perfectly, the delivery driver was friendly and we received it well under the projected 30 minutes. Will definitely order again.
