DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH BAD ATTITUDES. It is Saturday, May 13 1:10pm. The service with these ladies is horrible. They don’t know how to give customer service and or accept their mistake. For our first time it was horrible experience. I don’t know what is their issue that doesn’t let them give service with a smile and happiness but I hope they get reprimanded. Never coming here again or recommending it. I hope their boss sees this since they didn’t want to give us their contact information.

We arrived at 8:45pm to buy some food. Their Google and Yelp pages says they close at 9:30pm. Their neon “Open” sign was on and the door unlocked. We walked in and weren’t told they were closed. A man took our take out order, although begrudgingly. We ordered half a dozen tamales de elote, a biónico, 2 mulitas, asada nachos, an agua fresca, and some duritos all to go.

I found this place on Google Reviews while looking for a place to get a Mangoneada, which I discovered was a Mango smoothie with plum+chile sauce on the side. I got a Chamango from here, some carne asada steak nachos, and a burrito . The Super Nachos came with free guacamole and the chips were the thick restaurant kind you get at higher end Mexican dine-in restaurants (not like Tostitos). The burrito was Ok, I recommend you come here for the fruit smoothies.

I should’ve taken a picture but didn’t. I ordered 2 bionicos and it was such a disappointment that i will not buy bionicos from here again. They took about 15 minutes just for this. Then when I received it the strawberries were whole! Wasn’t able to enjoy it. The crema for it was good but there was barely any to even enjoy. I definitely did not receive my money’s worth. In the future if I’m passing by I may try asada fried or nachos but not this. I have a go to place for bionicos.

This place has gone downhill. But the prices went uphill . Don’t believe the hype about inflation prices being their reasoning. Ive worked for a wholesale warehouse for the last 22 years. I don’t believe they are the same owners as the Downey location because Downey is cheaper, nicer & cleaner! They give you half for double the price. Raspados have minimum juice and mostly taste watered down. I’m going to stick to Downey location thanks but no thanks. And smile a bit, no one forced you to work on Labor Day
