Isaac our waiter was the best! The perfect mix of service and interpersonal skills. Nearly all the staff took the time to make us feel we were appreciated and welcome. The food was delicious and hot, stop in and enjoy one of Lenoir’s fine restaurants.

Typically I am not one to complain. I placed a call in order the person who took the order wasn’t very pleasant. Upon arriving to the restaurant I was not greeted, two employees were wrapping silverware complaining about their job with explicit language. Neither of the employees offered to greet me or assist with anything. Once a waitress came to check on me I was informed that our ordered could not be filled. The restaurant was out of fries and croutons??? The waitress did her best to apologize for the long wait and the lack of items for our order. I appreciate her service, but I am completely disappointed with the Sagebrush establishment in Lenoir, things have really went down hill. AND THERE WERE GNATS IN THE BUTTER FOR THE BAKED POTATO!!!!!!

The bar and bartender was Great. Good server, aware of surrounding. Was there 2 hours before I saw a Manager. Then she comped the customers food who had been there an hour. The lighting, setting at bar isn’t warm, friendly, inviting. It could use some up dating. Guess its a good place for a quick sandwich or in No rush. Lil disappointing in franchise, program attempted there.

Went there hearing that it was good, it’s very dated on the inside. Service was very slow, refilling drinks was almost impossible. Had two different people come to check on our drinks and food. Neither was our waitress, the hostess finally brought our drinks. At last our waitress came with out food, mine was warm at best from the heat lamp, my wife’s was wrong. Being told that she would have her a new salad in just a few minutes. That never happened. I finally gave up and asked for the manager. Don’t waste your time or money!!!

They sat us in bar area. The guy waiting on us was trying to do to many different jobs. Service awful. Food was worst than service. Well maybe not, it was bad. Had to ask a couple of times about our order. The only reason I gave 1star was that was the only way I could write about how awful this place was. I passed a lot of fast food that would have been better than this garbage was. And I don’t like fast food. Don’t waste your time or money here

Where do I start? First of all the service was great the server was very helpful but the food and the quality of food was very lacking. My husband and I both ordered a 6oz. sirloin, mine medium and his medium rare, both were way over cooked and the sides weren’t great either. He sent his back, I was so hungry I ate mine like it was. The manager brought his 2nd steak to the table it wasn’t right but acceptable by then I had already finished. She gave us a discount and comped us a dessert each. We won’t go back.

Love this places food and have always been a fan of their bread. That being said, their staff is either unprepared or try and take your order 10 times in 5 minutes of being seated. The one employee that is always welcoming and prepared for their section is this young man that always has a smile on his face and spreads his positivity to everyone around (you will see him if you go later in the afternoon/evening). The food is a little pricey for the serving size on certain things and great pricing on others. Overall it’s a great place to take your family.
