Great service from Jimmy John’s always! I love my beach club and it’s always perfect every time. The staff is super nice and helpful and FAST! They did not mess up at all. Their place is also really clean. I love always getting a perfect sandwich and the consistency. I am glad the rewards are worth it too. Definitely make a rewards account!

Freaky slow. Took 1.5 hours to get my delivery, which is obviously problematic when you have an hour lunch break. Also ignored the customization options on the sandwiches which…. I mean isn’t fast delivery and custom sandwiches the entire pitch of Jimmy John’s???

Every time I order delivery from this location, it takes over an hour to get my food. I get that lunch time can be busy, but there’s no excuse for it taking over an hour in my opinion. If you’re going to advertise fast delivery, that’s what the customer will expect and the staff should at least be attempting to get food out in 30 minutes or less.

Waited over an hour which honestly isn’t the issue. I called just to see if everything was ok and they said they can’t deliver it because nobody can drive. I was not mad at all and was perfectly fine with coming to get it she said ok that’s fine. On my way there I get a call saying I can’t come anymore because they where closing. I’m an industry guy so this is very disappointing. Will be getting jersey mikes from here on out.

It took an hour to deliver my sandwich which is literally one mile down the street. The ice had melted and watered down my soda and you forgot my free cookie that I had earned. Third time you guys have done stuff like this. Not sure if I should be mad at you or myself.

I won’t be ordering from this Jimmy John’s any longer. I placed an order online and was called back immediately to inform me that they do not deliver cash orders after 4PM for their drivers’ safety. I spoke with a manager and he was very smug and when I told him that I have been ordering from them for three years at this address (four blocks away) and never once robbed their driver, he basically said he didn’t need my business.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and each time the wait for delivery is over an hour. The fact that they advertise “freaky fast delivery” is bordering on false advertising. As well they don’t allow door dash to deliver for them. This is ridiculous and I will not be ordering again.
