Ordered for delivery and had to call after 70 min of waiting for the “freaking fast” delivery to be told the wait was going to be even longer. Don’t advertise your fast and can’t deliver the promise. Then delivers to the complete wrong address

People were friendly and very fast service but the sandwiches just weren’t that good and the bread was tough. I rarely don’t finish a meal but this one I had to give up on because of the bread. Sorry JJ, but Jersey Mike’s is far better.

Desmond took some additions to my order, assured me that we would get toppings with our order for 35 lunch boxes (pickles, onions, cucumbers, etc). I spoke to him twice to make sure we were all set. Wouldn’t you know it, it shows up with out a single topping, not even some mayo packages. Long story short, don’t trust Desmond to do anything right, BUT I called Dustin, and he was kind enough to make the sides up and bring them to our factory. Kudos to you Dustin. You went above and beyond! AND he refused the tip I tried to give him.

Food is good and service fast. The only down side is when my wife orders extra Guacamole and you still can’t find any on the sandwich. This is the third time this happened. I called the manager twice and they replace the sandwich both times but the idea of having to drive back when I’m ready to eat is disappointing.

When they say Freaky Fast, THEY MEAN IT! I ordered a sandwich combo last week, and from the time I confirmed my order to the time it was at my door was less than 10 minutes. My order was correct (and delicious), and I have never been this impressed by delivery. These folks do a fantastic job!

Love Jimmy John’s, but don’t get it too often. The last two times my sandwich ended up incorrect though. Why am I giving 5 stars when my sandwich was wrong? The manager promptly corrected the error and got it out to us. People make mistakes, it’s how you correct the mistakes that matter. We’ll be back for more!
