Have been here a few times and love their food! One thing I love is the food is always hot! In fact the other day at work a co worker ordered pasta ( all the way to Ann Arbor) and she gave me a bite and it was piping hot! So tonight I ordered the steak shrimp and chicken pasta, and it was delicious. Also they accidentally gave me the wrong order and I called them when I got home and realized, they apologized right away and said to come back and get my food. When I got there I brought the half order of salmon pasta back and asked if I could keep it for the troubles and he said yes! That was also delicious and hot! Good job guys you really got a good place there!❤️Oh and the deserts were good too Thankyou

1st time in. Got 1 chicken, broccoli, and cheese eggroll just to try out and it was SO GOOD!! And it was sprinkled with maybe garlic, parmesan and parsley? Picture doesn’t really do it justice, though. I’m addicted to those now

Food can be good when they feel like making it. Service just isn’t where I’d like it to be, and the food isn’t consistent enough to justify a rude demeanor. If you carry the attitude of not wanting to work, then go work for amazon. I’d feel bad for the owner if they didn’t keep hiring employees who don’t care about work ethic. You either want to put out a great product or you don’t. You don’t have to smile, but at least be efficient

The food was on point! We ordered chicken wings, fries, mac and cheese, grilled shrimp and side salads for ten people! The food was seasoned well and even the picky eaters were happy! We will be ordering again!

I am very disappointed with my lunch items purchased today. First issue is that the Lunch item prices advertised on social media do not match the prices inside the restaurant. I almost had to pay double due to this matter. Also, the customer service has not gotten better, please listen fully to what the customer is saying instead of half listening.The steak hoagie was so salty I could not even finish it. Typically the egg rolls are my favorite item, but it was burnt & very hard. I have not had Brookie’s food in some time, but now I don’t think I will be coming back….
