I recently visited Taco Bell and have to say that my experience was just average. The customer service was okay, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The staff was polite, but not very friendly or engaging. I didn’t feel like they went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

I would say that the quality is about what you would expect from Taco Bell but goodness the quality assurance at this particular restaurant needs some work. Quite literally every time I go here they get my order wrong. Missing food, wrong drinks, forgetting to add or remove toppings. Go here if you want Taco Bell but make sure you check every aspect of your food before you leave.

The window cashier/waitress was nice and helpful, easygoing, and didn’t rush me into giving my choices. The only problem I had was that the drive-through speaker was messed up, and they had trouble hearing, and they did mess up on my order, and I didn’t realize it until I got home in Piedmont

This Taco Bell used to be the spot to go to but now I would rather eat dirt. I keep giving them a chance over and over and yet they continue to disappoint. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Food is never made correct. They barely give you the correct portions of meat or anything else. Just so many different things over time. I have not had a good experience there in at least the last year. It sucks to say but I will no longer go to this Taco Bell. I will go to the one on Williams St in Cape before going here again! Just do better Taco Bell!

Taco bell in Jackson Mo. Is the worst taco bell in the known universe. On my most recent trip there was 4 vehicles in front of me when I ordered, not a particularly long line. I waited 40 minutes to get my order, that was wrong. Sadly this is not aan isolated incident, this is the norm at this location.

This Taco Bell used to be amazing years ago but it has quickly gone down hill. Almost every time I go you can expect to spend no less than 20-25 minutes in the drive thru line. The incredibly slow line EVERY TIME is enough to keep me away. Not to mention odds are 9/10 times you’re either missing something or part of your order is wrong and messed up. I go back ever so often to see if anything has changed but unfortunately it hasn’t in the past year and a half. This is unfortunate considering there’s not a ton of food options in Jackson open late but I’d rather waste the gas and go to the Cape Taco Bell instead! I can drive that 3 times over before I ever get to the drive thru window at the Jackson location.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of bad Taco Bells. Drive thru is always miserably slow, they’re usually out of certain ingredients, and staff aren’t that friendly or helpful.
