Food was as you’d expect. But customer service was not great. I’m on the road for work. My coworker and I are always hitting the drive thru. We ALWAYS get two separate orders…except at THIS location where it seems to be impossible to do TWO orders for one car. I can understand not doing three, four, or more separate orders for the same vehicle but you can’t keep track of two orders?

Excessive wait time. Location seems to not only be understaffed but ran by teenagers. Unprofessional standards. Random guys hanging out in the walk in area which already has limited space. More than 3 items were out of stock. Despite having a +20 min wait time, the food was not fresh. When I started this comment I was giving them a three. As I realize the seriousness of what I’m writing I’m dropping it down. How do you have someone waiting for over 20 mins and it’s not for fresh food. Everything in my bag should be freshly made, especially if I’m waiting long enough to be asked to pull around front. Also after waiting in front I shouldn’t have to still come inside because I was missing 4 items. Terrible location.

I gave them 3 stars because the food was decent (so thanks to the people in the back making the meal). Now as for the service up front they should just shut the restaurant down or just replace Areyana all together. Her attitude was very stank, she was very rude, she was pushy and she could have done the company a favor and just not have come to work.

Inside closed on Sunday… waited forever in line and still had to pull over in parking lot for food. Employees arriving at any hour and coming and going as they please. No frostys, out of a lot of things, cold and old fries. Burgers and Sandwiches were edible… lettuce on Chx Sand, wilted. Inside needs love… employees need clean uniforms.

You’re sleeping on Wendy’s breakfast sandwiches, the employees are very rude at this location as is the supervisor I asked for ketchup and salt in the supervisor said if there’s no salt so got mad when I told her I wanted my money back because the fries was dry

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to…went inside to order my food just to be told lobby is closed at 5:30 pm , proceeded to the drive through ordered my food just to be told my coupons from the app would not be honored then when I asked can I change my order since you won’t honor the coupons and was told no they can’t change my order the most ghetto Wendy’s I ever been to need to shut this place down or be respectful to your paying customers and the manager didn’t help either I will contact the corporate office as well

By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to lobby always closed and the staff including the manager is rude and could use a class on customer service lobby was close even in the daytime hours and even from the drive through the restaurant looked nasty I hope they shut them down very poor service here definitely needs a visit from the food inspectors
