I wonder if this location has issues with staffing; I walked to this location a few days ago and arrived only to find the dining room locked. I called to ask if they were open and the employee and I struggled with a language barrier over the phone for a few minutes before he finally understood and opened the door for me. All of the employees are incredibly kind and polite, and the food is good and made quickly. I will come again.

Even after the remodeling this place is a ghost town. Food is just not worth the price. Awhile back they revamped the chicken sandwich and it was actually good. A thick most chicken breast. Got one a few days ago and it was terrible. Smaller very thin and extra dry. And price went up. It might be time to say goodbye to burger king. I won’t be going back, Popeyes and Wendy’s had you easily beat on the chicken game.

The fries weren’t fresh but they weren’t really old either. Way better than 99% of McDonald’s fries these days. The burger was great too. However, what made me decide to write this review is the ketchup. If I left it here, you would likely be befuddled, right? Please allow me to elaborate. First, I forgot to ask for ketchup but they asked me if I’d like any, something that doesn’t always happen. I said yes please but didn’t specify how much. The second part is that they actually gave me enough! Often times I’ll get a few packets but never enough to get through all the fries. I never complain, just accept it. But this time I actually had one packet leftover, which now remains in my vehicle for future use. In addition, the woman was really fun and super kind. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her the credit she deserves, but hopefully if anyone higher up reads this, they’ll be able to figure out who it was based on the following: Her nails were painted bright and pretty, it was Wednesday, March 29, 2023, about 7pm or so when I went through the drive thru.
