Ordered in side with a young male justine Manger. He got the order wrong . Suppose to give 4 thighs. Later when speaking to him he said was rushed. He put salad dressing on salad . Asked to have none on it. He said that’s the way its suppose to be. But replaced one salad with no dressing. When I asked for a pk ranch dressing on side. He said it’s 40 cents. For being rushed. He took plenty of time arguing with me. He ended up not charging the 40 cents but warned me. Next time I would be charged . He also only gave 2 small salsas. .When spouse called to speak to manager . He said he was manager. And acted the same way to her as he did me. Arguing about salad dressing comes on salad . And excuse for order wrong as rushed . Just not professional. Or understanding of our concerns. He even said how can i make it up. But ready to end call. He has zero personality When she asked to talk the GM he Said you can only talk to me. Not GM. And pretty much ended call.

I really don’t like to give away bad reviews but this is a must. Last time I went I have to wait 40 minutes to get my order and when I get my order it was burned and the manager what’s over there. Just talking to the ladies working over there and not really didn’t set up. Good with me. I got good experiences before at the same place but this time with this manager it was kind of bad and I was not the only person waiting. It was another customers. Also waiting for a long time for the order that they probably was bad. I don’t know. I just got a bad experience that day. I hope it was the only that day

Sadly this location can never get your order correct. Was over charged at drive thru and when I drove back to the drive thru the manger lady was told I had to go inside to get my correct order because of the timer. I was on my lunch break. She was more worried about the timer than giving customer service. Then she closed the window. I think she’s to be better trained on how to value paying customers.

We placed an order and the chicken breast was hard as bricks, I said no cilantro on the birria tacos and they added cilantro and the meat was burned, the lettuce on the salad was bad and the nacho chips were stale. The customer service and quality at this location is terrible. I love El Pollo Loco but this is one of the worst locations. Do not eat here the food quality and customer service is terrible!!!

It started out on the wrong foot. First I wasn’t able to order online. So I walked in waited about four or five minutes to get someone to take my order. I wanted a 16 family. I was told that it would be a little wait. No problem I’ll wait. Got home and we had only two sides. I should have checked it before I left. This is the second time in a row it’s been screwed up. This store and S Riverside.

Ordered the birria tacos, container was literally half way, asked for creamy cilantro I was given 3 that were a quarter full, might as well have given one that was actually full. Mac and cheese was watery. Definitely not worth it
