We waited 15 minutes to order at the counter. There aren’t really too many customers. Yes a few but not too many. It’s crazy. I can see the staff are really stressed. There are flyers and coupons on the counter and the deals are good. Good that it took only 5 minutes to get the food.

This is the second time in 2 years that I have visited this place. The 1st time, it was a 45-minute wait inside. They were “under staffed,” although I saw plenty of people in the back. They were “out of everything,” although I heard them say they weren’t going to drop any more food. They took our order and decided to close up after our order.

Please just bring in the bots with AI and stop this charade of ‘fast’ food, the ‘fast’ part is nearly impossible when your staff is unable to perform such. Also if you’re going to make me wait which happens sometimes, competent and friendly staff would be nice. Awful all the way around.

this restaurants opens at 10am and arrived over an hour later at 11:15am and was told they only have spicy chicken. asked when then would have mild/regular and was told, the fryer wasn’t up. when asked when it would be up, response given was “i have no idea” in a rude manor. it’s been over an hour the fryer should be up.. have given multiple chances with same result, small pieces of chicken and rude service.. go elsewhere

The worst place! Started with a sign to pull up to the window to order. Sat there for quite a while before someone rudely opened the window asking what I wanted. Food- duh! The women taking orders couldn’t even hang up her cell phone call to take my orders, she proceeds to talk on her headphones. Everything relates to drinks was out but lemonade and tea. How is that possible? Then the joke of fries. They threw a fry bag on the bottom and just dumped maybe 10 fries on the top and threw the sandwich on them. No napkins. Thanks for the overpriced sandwich since it definitely wasn’t a “meal”.

Ordered online and the food was not ready when I arrived. The sign on the door says they close at 10pm but I was scolded for entering just after 9pm when the ‘dining room is closed’. The floor was dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. The side dish I ordered was not available so they had to substitute. The staff had a poor attitude and made me feel like I was bothering them for being a patron. I feel sorry for the owner because the employees will drive this place out of business. The food wasn’t appetizing either, tasted like the frying oil needed to be changed last week.

My ONLY complaint was their was no one offering rides on bike taxis that’s a long walk AND the stairs to get to the cabana I had a stroke and it was VERY HARD for me but the place is BEAUTIFUL THE STAFF ON THE ISLAND AMAZING!!! DEFINITELY GOING BACK!! The fish was SO FRESH AND GOOD!! THE CANDY WASN’T BAD EITHER OH AND ZIP LINING!!!!!

The food is ok but I wouldn’t trust them to get you a drink in under 10 minutes. And even better one of the morons had used my card that I left in the drive thru to go and buy themselves $150 in gas at the Cumberland down the road. Safe to say Popeyes if Titusville is a hostile environment.

I guess I’m the exception to this place as far as the reviews go because I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve always had a good experience. They have always been friendly to me and have never been unprofessional. The first time coming here I witnessed a customer being completely out of line with the manager and she was never once rude in return. I have nothing but respect for the people who can deal with customers like the one I witnessed.
